Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat various rheumatic diseases including arthritis, osteoporosis, lupus, and other autoimmune diseases.
Provide expert consultation services to patients referred by primary care physicians and other specialists.
Perform clinical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and employ various rheumatologic procedures.
Develop and manage effective treatment plans in consultation with patients and their families.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and management for patients.
Keep abreast of advancements in rheumatology and related medical fields to ensure the application of up-to-date medical science.
Participate in the clinic's health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

qualifications
Requirements:
Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of specialized training in rheumatology.
Valid recognition and registration with Mebeko (Medical profession regulatory body in Switzerland) as a licensed rheumatologist.
Proven experience in rheumatology, including familiarity with the latest treatments and interventions.
Ability to work effectively with health insurance companies in Switzerland for patient care coverage.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in Italian; knowledge of French, German or English is a plus.
Commitment to delivering high-quality care that aligns with clinic standards and patient satisfaction goals.
Working Conditions:
The role requires regular Monday to Friday attendance with flexibility to meet clinic operational hours.
