We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dermatologist to join our private clinic located in the scenic region of Ticino, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases or other conditions of the skin in a state-of-the-art clinical setting.

Job Title: Dermatologist MD

Location: Lugano, Switzerland

Job Type: Full-Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose and treat various skin conditions including acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema, skin cancers, and more.

  2. Conduct thorough patient histories and skin examinations to assess and diagnose conditions.

  3. Perform procedures such as biopsies, surgical excisions of skin lesions, cryotherapy, and other dermatological procedures.

  4. Prescribe and administer treatment plans and monitor the effectiveness of therapies.

  5. Provide guidance and advice on skin health, preventive care, and cosmetic treatments.

  6. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

  7. Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with medical and legal requirements.

  8. Stay updated with the latest dermatological practices and research to provide evidence-based care.

  • qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in dermatology.

    • Valid license and recognition by Mebeko as a Dermatologist.

    • Minimum of three years of clinical experience in dermatology.

    • Experience in cosmetic dermatology is highly desirable.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with health insurance companies for patient care coverage.

    • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Italian or German. Proficiency in English or French is an advantage.

    • Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
