Our client, a large international organisation is looking for a best-of-breed Audio-Visual Technician help support their internal VIP clients and assist with internal and external events.

With a solid background in Service Desk or and Audio Visual support, your ability to manage demanding internal customers is of the highest order and you inspire confidence.
You will assist the VIPs to prepare, organise and start their meetings, help to prepare and assist during VIP events on-site and off-site. You will also regularly check meeting rooms, handle preventive maintenance and keep documentation updated.

You will be required to deploy and administer components within your sector of expertise, ensure follow-up and escalation to the relevant IT support teams where required and learn new technologies quickly as they are introduced or improved in the network.

You will be expected to have experience in Microsoft Technologies (Office, OneDrive, Exchange) as well as hardware such as laptops, desktop, touchscreen devices, printers alongside video conferencing systems, Webex, Teams, Zoom.
A proven knowledge of Video Conferencing protocols (SIP, H323) as well as solutions like Polycom, Trio is also expected.

Fluent English is essential with French and obvious advantage.

Strong technical skills are, of course, essential but your personality, your ability to build trust and offer a high level of service will be the deciding factors.

We are only able to accept candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
