As part of a major change programme in the Supply and Demand planning domaine, our client is looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in the implementation of the OMP Supply Chain Application (UNISON).
Working with the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager, you will:
Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximise its adoption/value.
Ensure the UNISON application is adapted to and meets business needs.
Analyse, translate, and document business requirements and pain points.
Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
Analyse and document process flows, write development specifications and test developments
Document training materials and help deliver training to end users and support teams
Deploy product solutions and projects globally
Support the analysis and resolution of issues with external vendors.
You will be expected to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information systems, Engineering or other related disciplines.
Experience of working in supply chain projects, specifically on the OMP application (UNISON).
Expert communication skills, fluency in English with Spanish and Portuguese very useful.
Knowledge of software development methodologies.
Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
Understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into application requirements
Advance knowledge of OMP, in both Demand Planning and Supply and Production Planning.
Experience of SAP APO would be useful, but not essential.
Knowledge of Statistical forecasting models and SAS solutions would be beneficial.
Understanding of Sell-in and Sell-out/Point of Sales (POS) concepts
Knowledge in Integrated Business Planning process, integration of Demand Planning with Commercial and Finance areas as well as Sales and Operation Planning (SOP) would be highly desirable.
You will be able to work in complex business environments, managing interdependencies globally within the Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning areas.
Experience of the OMP tool UNISON is essential.
This is a fully remote position and can be within +/- 2 hours of CET.
