For our estimated client, we are looking for a custom tours employee.

Custom Tours is a service line of our client that seeks to satisfy non-brochure itinerary requests and sets to produce tailor-made holiday packages for new and recurring customers. The scope of the job ranges from small customized city stays to multi country variations of existing or brand new journeys.

qualifications
- Front/end ownerships of a portfolio of itineraries, from the moment of their quotation to their production and operation.
- Service procurement and ad-hoc negotiations
- Finalizing contracts and agreements in writing following pre-existing procedures and instructions.
- Itinerary development and competitive analysis.
- Daily communication with external suppliers, internal departments and Overseas Offices and Tour Directors
- Assisting with administrative/operational tasks both internally and with overseas Offices
- (i.e Data management, tour mapping, selling texts, web content, pricing, reporting,
  stop sales and refunds, Q&A from clients, etc).
- Vetting of suppliers and activities
- Budgeting and costs analysis
- Accounts payable and general financial tasks
