This role works across all J&J medical device businesses (Ethicon, DePuy Synthes, CSS) to lead the transition to new compliance regulations for the European Union (EU). The EU MDR Program is structured into multiple Workstreams. One of these workstreams is the PMO workstream.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, as member of the EU MDR global Contractor Management team, you will be executing Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Requisition/Purchasing, Payment and Spend Analysis processes. You will also be working with the EU MDR Finance Team and EU MDR PMO to provide financial support and analysis for the J&J EU MDR program
- Support global Contractor Management in Contract Review, Contract Document Repository, create requisitions in eMarketplace, PO workflow & approval, etc.
- Support the EU MDR Workstream Leads, DRI's and Finance and Budget Governance in updating the different Project Controlling Files (PCF).
- Responsible for completing all Month End close requirements (Good Receipts, Accruals, Finance Overview, etc.) and ensures monthly closings are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participates in implementing continuous improvement, simplification, streamlining and standardization
- Prepares ad-hoc analyses and presentations as needed
- Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
- Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to the position, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times
- Work to be shared in a team, additional duties as assigned
