You will develop data-driven approaches to determine the optimal locations for new businesses in Central and Eastern European region.

 

YOUR MISSION

  • Forecast model optimization turnover and assess the suitability of a location for business placement.
  • Analyse competition and formulate business hypotheses based on data.
  • Improve geomarketing methologies.
  • Standardize, enhance and optimize the market planning process to increase new business success rates and reduce payback on investment.
  • Collect, enter, and process master data by using Geoinformation Systems.
  • Update the data for the analytical needs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to the company's top management.
  • Negotiate processes on regional development issues.
  • Manage “Big Data” projects and share best practices for marketing planning execution.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master in data, economic geography, or any other relevant area.
  • At least three years of international experience in one of these following sectors: real estate, telecommunication, hospitality, food, or retail.
  • Knowledge of the GIS systems such as ArcGIS + ArcGIS Online, QGIS, Google Earth.
  • Experience with SQL language.
  • Fluency in English.
