You care about customers? UCB does as well! As a patient-centric company, UCB is searching for the right fit for their Global Logistics Distribution team.
This contract should stop at 6 months of mission.

Your mission:

  • Follow up on low cover items and proactively co-ordinate with Planning to ensure timely delivery of products,
  • Monitor daily open stock transfer orders for UCB Markets,
  • Create deliveries (upon shipping schedule in place) and daily follow-up on shipments,
  • Collaborate with applicable stakeholders (planning, logistics, commercial, finance, QA, master data team, etc),
  • Build a strong relationship with markets, be active and proactive in identifying their needs and problems,
  • Lead, develop and implement actions plans or processes to resolve customers' issues.

  • qualifications

    Your profile:

    • Customer focused;
    • You have a commercial, logistic or sales-oriented diploma;
    • You have first hand experience in a similar position;
    • Excellent knowledge of English;
    • Experience with any ERP system, SAP is a must;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Able to work independently but with strong team spirit;
    • Well organized with excellent attention to detail;
    • Stress resistant.
