Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expert

in order to strengthen its structure in Tessin.

The IAM Specialist primary objectives are related to:

Managing user accounts and permissions in the identity and access management solution
Granting or denying access to company resources based on user role and privileges
Consulting and supporting partners in the implementation of IAM, including Project management or sub-project management of IAM or PKI projects
Further development of the service organization (2nd level support) and optimization of the operative day-to-day business
Act as an expert point of contact for data access and protection of sensitive credentials (privileged users)
Optimize and manage the revalidation campaigns for rights and access
Documenting IAM processes and procedures

qualifications
- Academic path in IT, along with focused training on IAM tasks within Active Directory, Microsoft Cloud, Google Cloud
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably developed inside the financial sector
- General knowledge of the banking industry and its regulations
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and best
- Knowledge of IAM software, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Cloud and Google Cloud
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English
