For our client Merck, based in Eysins, we are currently Looking for a Lead Industrialization Engineer.
The Lead Industrialization Engineer will lead Production Process activities:
· Process validation planning (criteria, methods, capability, etc) and execution in all development phases of all product components and associated processes (molding, electronic and mechanical assembly) in line with product objectives (design specifications, capacity, risks, quality targets etc).
· Transfer of products into production, internally and externally, and ensure reliable manufacturing output on the long term.
· Deliver state of the art technical and industrialization solutions meeting all quality and regulatory requirements
· Drive excellence and continuous improvement as well as tooling and technology optimization in device manufacturing process, efficiency, productivity and quality, considering the complete 'product life cycle' context and issues.
· Lead manufacturing system concept, development and setup.
· Performs process analysis and process design details
· Manage projects, PFMEA (& other risk analysis) documents related to manufacturing and production systems.
· Manage Design Transfer activities with production sites and associated documentation.
· Provide expertise on manufacturing feasibility during design phase to ensure design for manufacturing.
· Ensures approved device design is correctly translated into process specifications and manufacturing
· Develop/integrate customized industrialization technical solution.
· Define, validate and execute vendor capacity plan and maintenance related to owned assets.
· Provide engineering support to 3rd party partners.
· Manage owned assets and production capacity internally and externally
· Organize purchase orders and budget for materials, tooling and services with 3rd parties.
· Responsible for budget management in industrialization scope during all product phases.
