Location: Lausanne
Type: Full-time permanent contract
Remote: 3 days on a weekly basis

Salary range: 125'000 CHF + bonus + advantages


You will join a dynamic team in an international environment and participate in the opening of dozens of businesses in Europe per year.
 

YOUR MISSION

  • Define the business requirements for the product.
  • Develop & drive the product roadmap with the partners.
  • Implement the process for collecting, assessing, testing, developing and launching the features.
  • Come up with the business case for the product.
  • Analyze customer perspective and needs.
  • Communicate the outcomes/product metrics on an ongoing basis.
  • Define/describe user journeys/stories.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education in business, marketing, computer science or Finance.
  • At least 5 years working experience as Product Owner in FMCG ideally in any food or hospitality related industry.
  • Proven experience in customer development and research.
  • Good understanding of technology lifecycle (requirements, coding, testing).
  • Strong product analytics skills.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • English fluent and any other language is an asset.
