For our client, a growing medical technology company, we are looking for a:
Project Manager
Location:Canton of Neuchatel
Contrat: Temporary for one year
Please note this position requires fluency in French.
Your Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate projects and reporting, according to deadlines, within budget and ensuring the project performance/specifications are met
Act as main point of contact for dedicated project
Escalate when issues arise at the top management level
Adapt communication to each stakeholder level.
Lead process development or improvement projects
Support the production tool development
Develops validation strategy and write validation documentation per company validation policies and regulations
Review weekly and monthly performance metrics to set improvement strategy and determine appropriate actions
Your profile:
University/Engineering Degree level Master or Equivalent
Technical training in Project Management methodologies Ability to Inspire and mobilize people and team
Experience working in a regulated environment (Medical devices or Pharma)
Green Lean or/and Six Sigma Belt certification
Technical knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline
Proven evidence of multi-tasking
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written is required
