Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment of our client, the company Philip Morris SA, based in Neuchâtel, we are seeking an:

Administrative Assistant
Long term temporary assignment
Date of entry: October 1st, 2017 at the latest


  • General administration word support of regulatory submissions and regulatory projects
    Follow on reports and documents needed and ensuring prompt delivery

  • Maintain filling of paper and electronic documents needed for submissions and support transfer of files

  • Support writing process by formatting and scanning of documents

  • Support organization of meetings, project updates and reports as needed


  • High school degree

  • Good IT Skills, MS office, Adobe Acrobat, Document Management systems

  • 5-10 year experience in administrative support

  • Fluent in English (minimum B2)

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized and working in structured manner

  • Flexibility and openness

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines

  • Experience within Regulatory Affairs
