On behalf of our estimated Client, important company in IT sector, we are currently looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities

• Conduct Business Processes Analysis
• Conduct Organizational Analysis
• Identify operational efficiency paths, with focus on optimization and automation
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, evaluating output requirements and formats
• Collect, analyse and review Business Requirements for IT implementations
• Conduct Functional Analysis
• Define project requirements by identifying project governance and produce governance deliverables
• Work with various methodologies, work collaboratively with colleagues from different business units and explore a range of options to develop the most appropriate future-proof solution (data-driven) for the customer

• 2+ years' experience in consulting firms and/or financial services industry
• Good knowledge of Banking Core Processes
• Experience with Change Management initiatives
• Experience with Business Process Analysis
• Experience with Organizational Analysis
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject required, Master's degree preferred
• Fluency in Italian (C1 Level or mother tongue)
• Fluency in English (B2 Level or higher)
• Knowledge of spoken and written German is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
