Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is a leading designer and developer of innovative instrument sterilization, high-level disinfection and cleaning technologies.  The company is dedicated to providing infection prevention solutions that create the safest possible environments for patients, healthcare providers, and communities.

The Contract Account Specialist (CAS) works with MD External Operations manufacturing sites to ensure reliable product supply. The CAS also plays an interface role to internal functions (Planning, Supplier Quality, Product Management, Finance) and supports the Contract Account Manager (CAM) in contracting and supply chain projects. In this role, the person will receive a sound training in project management and management of external manufacturers and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participation in cross functional teams in the resolution of product supply issues and projects
  • Contact person for internal functions regarding communications to suppliers
  • Administrative tasks regarding supplier management, like retrieving of documentation, information
  • Own responsibilities for selected External Operations manufacturing sites under supervision of CAM
  • Support to Contract Account Manager (CAM) in contracting and supply chain projects
  • Support to CAM in administration and management of External Operations manufacturing sites

qualification

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Pharma, Chemistry or Supply Chain
  • First experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality or Procurement of Medical or Pharma Industry
  • First insights into project management
  • Ability to work  in a remote environment
  • Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification
  • Strong language skills (English) and communication skills
  • MS Office Suite proficiency is required. Knowledge of Advanced Planning systems is a plus.
  • Working in global and cross functional teams may require unusual working time to accommodate time difference around the globe
