Randstad has 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment to support Social Design & Activation, PMI Operations team of our client, the company Philip Morris International in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

Digital Project coordinator

(100%)

Temporary Mission

Main accountabilities:

- Coordinate with the vendor on key action points needed to increase our performance for the program in each market

- Research top consumer voice trends, from other industries and competitors

- Create together with marketing timely and engaging content templates for markets to amplify the content easily using best practices

- Continue to refine and define our communications process and strategy based on learnings

- Schedule and lead together with the Hub quarterly webinar with the markets

- Report business results on a quarterly basis globally & coordinate reports for the hubs

- Create training decks about the platform for the Hubs & markets

- Oversee the technical implementation of the program across local/Hub level

- Coordinate & allocate technical resources to work on the project

- Escalate issues or priorities with the vendor

- Coordinate with Hubs to get translation for the assets & guidelines

- Gather specific market requirement

- Coordinate the day to day relationship with the market

qualification

Bachelor degree in Business Management, hospitality, marketing

Able to build a network of internal and external stakeholders

Previous experience managing third parties

Project management expertise

Ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally and in writing

Digital marketing experience

Experience on how to leverage consumer voice across any touchpoint

Proven success with Digital campaigns

Knowledge and experience with monitoring and reporting tools

Soft skills: initiative, autonomous, capable to manage stakeholders expectations, able to adapt to changes in the organization
