This position has two areas of focus: keeping our staff safe at work whilst minimizing environmental impact and ensuring our company car drivers get home safely every day.

Main Responsibilities

Assisting the Environmental, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) Specialist in implementing the program for all employees:

  • Training support
  • Risk management for contractors
  • Involvement in environmental sustainability initiatives
  • Promoting best EHS&S practices
  • Managing information
  • Supporting EHS&S compliance

Implementing the defined Safe Fleet (SF) program:

  • Driver Change Management
  • Communication of minimum standards
  • Checking qualifications
  • Collating information
  • Reporting data
  • Investigating incidents
  • SF team activities

qualification

Who we are looking for

  • Commercial Degree or University Diploma
  • 3+ years of work experience in an international environment
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Taking ownership and hands on mentality
  • Proficient user of MS Office, particularly data management in Excel
  • Good communication in English and German
  • Constructive interaction with stakeholders
  • Data analysis capabilities
  • Someone willing to learn
  • Pragmatic problem solver
