Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supply Chain Procurement Consumer Medical Devices & Global Category Lead, he/she will be responsible for providing superior organizational and administrative support to leaders of the business, relating to all aspects of the business including information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.

  • Extensive diary and meeting coordination
  • Resolves issues proactively through the relevant processes and procedures
  • Liaise with all levels across the organization and external bodies
  • Manage complex travel arrangements
  • Manage monthly expense reports
  • Support in the setup of communication material (meeting minutes, business presentations, newsletters, SharePoint maintenance, etc.)
  • May respond to routine correspondence or draft responses for executive's review
  • Create and update Org-charts
  • General tasks related to change management and department organization


Who we are looking for

  • Several years of experience as Executive/Personal Assistant supporting the business leaders of a large complex business environment
  • High level of fluency in English
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office applications incl. Outlook
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability to manage changing priorities
