To strengthen the executive support to the VP in a proactive & efficient way are we looking for an executive assistant in Bern m/f 100%.

The ideal candidate will assume the following key responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, meetings and conference calls
  • Seek for challenges in cost & time efficiency for international travel bookings
  • Act as deputy in dealing with internal (CEO, other VPs  lead team members, HQ functions and support staff) & external customers, and be the first point of contact for the CLO
  • Close coordination with the VP in his absence, screen & identify electronic and hard copy mail, and set the priority of action required
  • Act as liaison, problem solver and facilitator
  • Liaise with the assistant to the CEO, to coordinate activities and appointments,assist the department leader in drafting communication notes as well as presentations
  • Participate actively in team meetings, take minutes and follow-up on actions with legal lead team members
  • Assist in event coordination
  • Organize legal lead team meetings, videoconference and conference calls


  • Fluent in english, good knowledge of german. French can be an asset
  • Manage priorities, action oriented, hands-on
  • Conscientious, discreet and stress resistant, problem solving
  • Composure, maturity, comfortable within a higher management level environment, integrity and trust, team player
  • Interpersonal savvy, customer focus
  • Office (Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Dealing with ambiguity
