You are organized and you love to keep track of it? Our Customer is a leading global supplier of technologies and services that improve the safety, efficiency and connectivity of commercial vehicles. The headquartered is based in brussels, belgium and has 12,000 employees in 39 countries. To strengthen the executive support to the chief human resources in a proactive & efficient way are we looking for a CHRO executive assistant m/f 100%.

The ideal candidate will assume the following key responsibilities:

  • Act as deputy in dealing with internal (CEO, other VP lead team members, HQ functions and support staff) & external customers, and be the first point of contact for the CHRO
  • Assist in event coordination
  • Manage the HR calendars and support all internal and external communications / meetings
  • Seek for challenges in cost & time efficiency for international travel bookings
  • Liaise with the assistant to the CEO, to coordinate activities and appointments
  • Assist the CHRO in drafting communication notes as well as presentations, participate actively in team meetings, take minutes and follow-up on actions with HR lead team members
  • Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, meetings and conference calls, organize HR Lead team meetings, videoconference  and conference calls
  • Input in the expense reports and monitor progress

qualification

  • Fluent in english, very good knowledge of german. French can be an asset
  • Manage priorities, action oriented, hands-on, problem solving
