Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and control Actual and Budget related to Support Function Area (Finance, Procurement, HR & IT) to reflect good data, drive value and Predict Result to Business Partners
    • Provide timely and accurately financial support to finance, procurement, HR & IT teams
    • Validating and signing-off the monthly expenses - for the applicable business area
    • Ensuring and initiating Intercompany Sales order/Purchase order to the correct trading partner with full backup
    • Preparation of Journal Entry (accrual, reclass and prepayment)
    • Control if bookings are in line with budget
    • Managing and controlling the period financial results and the support of projects (Technology Service Cost, Talent acquisition cos)
    • Analyzing monthly/quarterly costs, assure hedging at currency COE for large FX charges
    • Review head count and the deviation to budget/forecast with Business Partner for both insurance and Service business
    • Providing input for the quarterly board financial reporting
  • Planning of BP22/JU22/NU21 with business partner and aligning with target for 32 global function unique domains
  • Completing the budgeting process including the settlement of interlock reviews with relevant business owners and finance stakeholders
  • Report Actual and Forecast related to Support Function Area (Finance, Procurement, HR & IT) in Global Function TM1 and confirm gross-to-net for other corporate submissions (Bravo / TM1 NAM)
    • Initiate, maintain and map financial string to system i.e., SAP, GF TM1, ESC TM1 (Commercial)
    • Serve as finance single point of contact for GF TM1
    • Timely and accurate full submissions of spent and Headcount
    • Correct report of Gross / Apportionment to Cogs / Opex
    • Ensure that 24 Headcount bridge are timely and accurate submitted and comment
    • Provide support for Group reporting, as part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team
    • Management of analytical structure and creation of potential costs centers/financial accounts in accounting system
  • Drive harmonization and improvements across FP&A

qualification

Who we are looking for

  • University/Bachelors' Degree or Equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and proven success in managing complex projects & processes
  • Process oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting
  • Critical sense of urgency and able to take appropriate action
  • Strong team player: ability to work with teams in a virtual environment to meet the future needs of the business
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and act as change agent
  • Good communication & business partnering skills
  • Ability to work with and influence internal customers
  • Ability to work with people at all management levels
  • Highly computer literate, experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft packages
  • Influencing skills - across cultural differences and ensuring all management understand the Financial priorities and constraints, ability to align business partners on tough financial calls
  • High confidence in English, other languages advantage
