To develop, own and lead the execution of the B2C channel strategy for Europe, encompassing both the online and offline customer experience. The role will have full accountability for our go-to-market approach including propositions, operationalactivities, brand, product and pricing architecture, as well as P&L performance.

As Head of B2C Channel Europe (m/f/d) 100% based at our LKQ European Headquarter in Zug, your responsibilities are the following

Channel Stragtegy

  • Creation to implementation of actionable strategy while maintaining balance between market and customer maturity
  • Complete ownership of P&L performance and business case
  • Constant driver of performance improvements through channels
  • Monitor, assess and conclude process improvements for digital customer experience by understanding customer needs
  • Handle the implementation of improvements with delivery teams and digital teams with a clear focus on roadmap prioritization
  • Definition of retail brand, product categories, pricing and product architecture for individual channels

Establish new B2C center of excellence for customer strategies

  • Leadership of EU-wide B2C e-commerce go to market approach
  • Build and manage a leading channel team
  • Drive team to to meet rapid growth plans within commercial function and drive businesses development while adopting digital solutions
  • Create standards and implement offline go to market approach collaborating with branch and sales excellence teams

Shaping and leading market strategy

  • Assessment in market countries scope to set EU wide standards in change management, pricing and branding
  • Handling channel proposition to ensure a competitive channel strategy
  • Managing conflict areas with B2B channels
  • Follow global vision by local engagement considering maturity, size and potential of market and customer base
  • Development of current and future operational capabilities to reach set goals with relevant departments such as logistics, supply chain, procurement and others
  • Collaboration and implementation of strategies with marketing, product and pricing teams


  • Creation of strategy to outperform in sector on the online marketplace
  • Maximize commercial potential of capabilities and sales to reach target goals
  • Enable best in class omnichannel customer experience
  • Team leadership to drive excellence in service and commercial success


Your skills

  • Degree in business, engineering or industry related
  • Minimum of 5 -10 years experience in a similar position in retail
  • Experience in working with international automotive company within organisational matrix
  • Expert knowledge in channel management online and offline
  • Proven capability to manage complex projects and execute in competitive environment
  • Understanding of European market and trends in the industry
  • Ability to communicate, negotiate and push topics to both upstream and downstream stakeholders
  • Experience in establishing new teams and strong leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and other European language is an advantage
  • Relevant IT Skills SAP, MS Office, industry specific IT know how
