For a temporary assignment to support the Information & Technology team of our client, the company Philip Morris International in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

IT Marketing & Communication Executive (100%)

The opportunity:

We are moving to a world of digital and creativity is crucial in driving a Brand forward; even in IT. We need an energetic and creative person to build and maintain global communication assets for the Digital Workplace Project with a strong focus on the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

More in detail this person will:

  • Support the Digital Workplace Communication Manager in designing the marketing and communication material's required for the rollout of the Digital Workplace project across PMI including local markets.

  • Contribute to employee engagement by identifying and understanding the employees' needs and challenges around using new technology tools brought by the project

  • Drive fast adoption & wide usage of Digital Workplace by creating the appropriate content that will resonate with employees

  • Engage with creative agencies and the project team to ensure all content produced is coherent with the delivery and matches the tone of voice of the Digital Workplace project

  • Maintain the projects social platforms and intranet pages by continuously developing new and exciting content to keep online channels engaging for employees

  • Work on the visual identity of the project such as guidelines, banners, infographics and templates to ensure that this visual identity is correctly applied across PMI by all the Digital Workplace communicators

  • Support the project team in identifying additional communication requirements by proactively sharing incoming requests for the successful deployment of the Digital Workplace campaign

qualification

  • At least 2 years of solid experience in a similar position with focus on internal communication and campaign rollouts

  • Experience in creating and managing content in internal communication platforms

  • Experience in working and engaging with agencies a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint

  • Knowledge and expertise with Office 365 products, or alternatively ability to quickly learn and be at ease with new digital tools

  • A good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

  • Fluent in English, French would be a plus

  • Ability to work in fast pace environment, delivering results within the deadlines

  • Creative and out of the box thinker

  • Great team-player with proactive approach

  • Dynamic and agile, adapting quickly to new situations and challenges
