A personality with strong skills in negotiation and interpersonal abilities is what our client is looking for in a permanent role as a:

Office Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • In charge of daily tasks and give office support services to internal and external clients

  • Manage merchant engineer relationships in the following tasks;

  • Organise all IT matters issuing with the IT team

  • Assure the proper level of service is completely and efficiently delivered, based on business needs

  • Present numbers and figures to build the annual budget, maintain vendor relationships

  • Track and plan assigned projects and business stability local site planning and event response

  • Control space planning, move coordination and hardware maintenance (printers, phone and IT equipment)

  • Responsible for the distribution of local & international packages and organise expenses reports recording their expenses

  • Encourage team members efficient organization of their trips and proactively review team process

qualification

Profile/Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in office management experience

  • Proficiency English and Swiss German or German, French is a plus

  • Excellent skills in multitasking, communicating and maintaining good relationships with providers

  • Expertise of office management responsibilities, IT and AV systems and procedures

  • Strong sense of values and ethics
