The Product Management team, part of a greater Consumer & Experience Strategy Team at PMI (Philip Morris International), is rolling-out at innovative digital program that aims to inform the choice of consumables within IQOS portfolio thus adding tangible value to the legal age smokers, those who seek reduced risk alternatives, to make a guided switch from cigarettes. Working closely with variety of cross-functional stakeholders, PMI regions and the markets we aim to:

- Build a solid foundation for the program and demonstrate its applicability across variety of touch-points & channels

- Deliver the program to the identified scope of markets

- Develop and optimize processes for new markets on-boarding

- Ensure clear KPI and measurement framework is set with continuous performance tracking against objectives

- Continuously evolve and improve the program based on consumer and market feedback thus increasing its value over time

Description

- Support development and introduction of an innovative digital program that informs the choice of IQOS consumables

- Lead communication between markets and central office for program implementation

- Coordinate work of the agency to deliver digital solution to the markets on time

- Collaborate with the markets and support markets in their needs to tailor the program to their portfolio specifics and varied legal environments and act as the main day-to-day point of contact

- Lead on-boarding of the new markets

- Lead development of a marketing tool-kit for program implementation

- Lead performance tracking and issues escalation

- Based on insights seek ways to improve program implementation and it's relevant integration within the channel mix

qualification

· Strong project management skills and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

· 8Experience in coordinating Agencies work, high level briefing skills

  • Versatility, flexibility and a comfort with a changing environment and ambiguity
  • Proven ability to deliver timely with effectiveness, accuracy and efficiency
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive, you don't require constant input, and you have meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience with managing and optimizing content and UX, digital experience in B2C marketing, experience in driving/creating content that engages, informs and motivates is a plus
