job description

One of our big clients in the area of the lake Zug is looking for an administrative project assistant. Do you have first experience with projects? Then we are looking for you.

Tasks & Responsibilites

  • Administrative duties
  • Help to set up project meetings
  • Handle the minute-taking at meetings
  • Organize venues
  • Assist with planning
  • Keep the project documents up to date
  • Keep track of specific project expenditures
  • Updating charts

qualification

  • Commercial apprenticeship in office administration (EFZ)
  • Min. 1 year professional experience with Project Management tasks and methodologies
  • Experience in creating and maintaining project management artifacts e.g., the risk log, FTE lists, etc.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; Skills in Project Management tools (e.g. Smartsheet) knowledge of G-Suite is a plus
  • Very good spoken and written command of German (min. C1 level) and good command of English is necessary
  • Thinking ahead and get things proactively done
  • Ability to work well with people ? building trust with the Project Team team ? being dependable, proactive, and working smart
  • Detail-oriented, organized and structured
  • Able to see things from the perspective of others and identify what motivates them, in order to reach win-win solutions for all target groups
  • You are able to work independently, have a positive attitude and are a teamplayer
