For a long term temporary assignment for our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for an:

Retail Design Project Manager

Temporary assignment

Rise to the challenge

You will be part of the Retail Portfolio Design & Deployment RRP (Reduced Risk Products) of Philip Morris International Management SA in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will join a highly dynamic and rapidly evolving environment in a role which requires great agility, ability to deal with ambiguity, drive, curiosity and entrepreneurial-spirit.

This will involve design and development of IQOS retail point of sale (Boutiques, Shop-in-Shops, Corners, etc.) from an architectural, design and retailing perspective. You will be working in close collaboration with designers and architects as well as other contributors to IQOS international retail expansion.

Specific responsibilities:

The role involves major interactions with:

  • All the departments, to discuss retail design, engineering, store planning and deployment, both in Lausanne Head-office and in the international markets.

  • Store design architects and Store planning architects.

  • Experts and providers (e.g. furniture, lighting, etc.).

  • Internal RRP teams.

qualification

-Experience of previous work in retail design and architecture (possibly trained as an architect), to include store design, store planning, store concept design engineering.- Ability to read, discuss, comment architectural and technical plans.- Project management. Agility with project management tools.- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision making ability- Ability to work effectively with global, multi-cultural team in multiple locations to generate understanding andalignment- Fluency in written and spoken English- University degree (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration orequivalent).- Travel 20-30% of the time
