your typical day includes

As a Talent solution partner for our professional's entity IT and Engineering, you are part of a high-performance culture that defines and drives our Human Forward brand promise.

You attract new customers and create opportunities

Sales and networking; This is where you come into your own. You feel a buzz when you attract new customers and assignments. You have a candidate focused approach, which means that you will be working alongside the recruitment consultants from your team, forming a partnership that our clients can both benefit from, and trust to deliver. You see the fun part of the job as getting out there, going to networking events, the benefits of the telephone over email, the importance of conversation, all in all, the personal touch. You'll be taking care of the IT/Engineering hub of Geneva.

Advise the business and connect with our networkYou are a specialist in IT/Engineering. You identify trends in the market, know which questions to ask clients, and are able to offer them advice on the job market as well as their recruitment needs. You become their solid discussion partner. You immerse yourself in the business of your clients, consider talent opportunities and offer the right Randstad Professionals service, rather than a "one size fits all" approach. Why? Because we create a golden match between our clients, and talent in the market.

Guiding and supporting professionals

It's not only the client that can count on your support but also candidates. You understand their drives and ambitions. You counsel and advise them on their career path within the IT & Engineering world, and ensure a smooth recruitment process for them, working closely with our consultants.

your background

You ideally hold a Master/Bachelor Degree with a high interest in IT/Engineering fields

You have previous experience in Recruitment (ideally in an agency)

You are fluent in French and English, with additional languages as an advantage

You are motivated and willing to go the extra mile when acquiring new clients and connecting professionals with them

You love networking and keeping abreast on the latest trends and opportunities in the IT/Engineering industries

You are driven, determined and have a positive mindset
