job description

Nowadays recruitment happens online. Randstad has to adapt to this new world without face2face contact. How do we stay visible for a target audience that does not visit our branches anymore? And how can we convince them that we have the right job for them, only by use of a vacancy text?

  • You ensure that the Randstad vacancies reach a large audience by distributing them effectively and creatively through different media and clearly articulate and sell the Randstad value proposition.
  • You proactively source high quality professionals for key roles.
  • You proactively utilize various sourcing methodologies including direct sourcing, social media, Facebook,LinkedIn, industry associations and alumni groups to build our national presence to source active and passive candidates.
  • You provide data-driven advice on optimizing the online visibility of vacancies (using Google Analytics, AdWords, Social Media, etc.)
  • You are continuously exploring the target audience to understand what appeals to them; what matters to them and what drives them in their work.
  • With your knowledge of the target audience, you set up a SEO strategy for optimal online visibility. 
  • You support a diverse range of roles, leveraging new channels to constantly identify, attract and assess critical talent.
  • You work collaboratively with our sales team to develop search strategies and plan outreach.
  • You develop talent communities to continually engage candidates and create pipelines for future growth.
  • You actively track, manage and report on candidate generation and pipelines via our ATS.
  • You contribute to process improvement initiatives.

qualification

Skills, Knowledge & Experience: 

  • Bachelor degree with Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in end to end recruitment and in building candidate portfolio with a marketing-/communication background
  • Eagerness to work in our high performance, corporate sales environment
  • You demonstrate exceptional interpersonal / influencing skills and the ability to deal in a professional manner with clients and candidates
  • You have strong analytical skills and you are online-minded individual 
  • Affinity with Google Analytics and experience with data analysis
  • You have a great feeling for online content can associate with the target audience
  • You are eager to reach the highest conversion and love to experiment
  • Demonstrated high level Business tech systems and computer skills and eagerness to experiment with new digital tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English 
  • Actively contribution to a culture that is fun and energetic
  • Willing to travel / national mobility
