job description

Do you want to be part of the future? What if I told you that you can be paid well, for performing a job for the good of our future, and be surrounded by the beautiful nature that you are protecting? Well that is exactly the sort of role our client is offering.  In the beautiful nature of the Kanton of St Gallen, we are looking for a Project Manager for our client. You will be building the next generation of Electric Drive Motors. Their own clients are some of the biggest names in the automotive industry.

We need a project manager to lead the development of these motors, test them, improve them, and make them fitting to produce the millions that their clients need to keep this planet sustainable.

The role:

  • Lead the projects developing, producing, and improving drive motors
  • Have the engineering know how to know what is feasible and what is not when it comes to production of electric motors on a mass scale.
  • Ensure that all projects are led to a set timescale and budget
  • Document progress, and raise awareness of any issues or obstacles you feel may come up, with Senior Management

  • University or Higher Education background in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience within the automotive industry is key, although a strong advantage will be given to those with experience in the production of E-Motors, or parts
  • Project Management experience
  • Fluency in English, German is a strong advantage, both would be "tip top" as the Swiss say
  • A will to want to change and shape the automotive industry for the better

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference, and who wishes to "future proof" themselves from the changes that are happening in the automotive industry today.  It's a great firm, with a family environment, and the ambition to better the space in which they work. They started off with these principles decades ago, and stick with them today. Be part of it.  Matt
