For our client Nestlé in Vevey, we are looking for an immediate onboarding a

HR Coordinator (60% - one year contract)

Position Summary

To provide support to Centre HR BPs, Line Managers and Employees with high quality of HR Administrative support, information, advice and service.

A day in a life of a HR Coordinator

  • Support HRBPs with administrative activities requiring initiation, execution or follow-up
  • Coordination and follow-up on all HR Admin activities (contracts, time management, promotions transfers, certificates, launch of 360° processes, retirement, long term leaves, maternity leaves, end of contracts, etc.)
  • Support HR Business Partners with the preparation of key HR processes including: Performance Management, Talent Management, Comp & Ben. FTE's (Headcount) on ad-hoc basis
  • Ensure effective HR transactional support to Line Managers and Employees.
  • Be part of the HR processes standardization: continuous improvement activities, work together with the team to review and optimize HR processes, improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of the HR activities
  • Support the planning and organizing HR Centre related initiatives and communications (i.e. organize meetings, send invitations, send communications to LM and employees, etc.)


  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as Administrative coordinator or HR Administrative position
  • Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus
  • Well organized with a skill in time management
  • Ability to work as part of a multifunctional team and influence
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen to people and support in finding solutions to their issue
