We´re now looking for a

TA Coordinator & Recruitment Support to join our team, located in Schaffhausen.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the TA team in interview scheduling
  • Support the Onboarding process and manage wet signatures
  • Coach hiring managers on how to kick start recruitment processes, ensure end user education of hiring managers on the Global Recruiting process and tools
  • Partner with hiring managers in the recruiting process from beginning to end
  • Check professional references and drive other candidate due diligence in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures
  • Consult with hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details
  • Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner
  • Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements
  • Project support in global process and system implementation if needed
  • Other tasks related to Talent Acquisition and to provide an excellent candidate experience

qualification

Who we are looking for:

  • Commercial Education, further Education in HR is advantageous
  • Very good communication skills in English and German
  • Approx. 2 years of experience in administrative work (HR area would be beneficial) and first experience interviewing candidates and supporting Recruitment activities
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to accept and drive changes
  • Strong organizational skills and a great eye for detail
  • IT affinity (MS-Office, Workday)
