Johnson & Johnson Talent Acquisition (TA) is the internal talent acquisition organization of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. To strengthen our team, we are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner in Zug, Solothurn or Schaffhausen.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and business based human resource partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end
  • Collaborate in creating talent acquisition plans, develop recruitment strategies and implement action plans
  • Coach hiring managers on recruitment processes
  • Identify and share recruitment best practices across the business
  • Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships and strong relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, candidates and leaders
  • Consult with hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details
  • Check professional references and drive other candidate due diligence in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures
  • Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner
  • Ensure end user education and training of hiring managers and BBHR on the Global Recruiting process and tools


Who we are looking for:

  • Completed professional education plus at least 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Specialization in HR desirable
  • Demonstrated capability in recruiting for wide variety of positions in multiple functional disciplines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, strong organization skills required
  • Very strong German and English communication (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Experience with Targeted Selection/Behavioral Interviewing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-service and the ability to develop relationships, negotiate and influence others
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information required
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team
  • Regular domestic travel will be required

This role based in Zug, Solothurn or Schaffhausen, Switzerland will be limited to approx. 9 months, with an option for extension.
