For a temporary assignment to support the Information & Technology team of our client, the company Philip Morris International in Lausanne, we are looking for a: 

IT Marketing & Communication Executive (100%)

Long term assignment

Start-date: Beginning of October 2018

The opportunity:

We are moving to a world of digital and creativity is crucial in driving a Brand forward; even in IT. We need an energetic and creative person to build and maintain global communication assets.

More in detail you will:

- Support the local markets and business functions with designing marketing and communication material on various programs, solutions and campaigns

- Meet the expectations of the management team by actively contributing to the development of strategic material for the CIO's office' (for example strategic presentations, event management etc.)

- Contribute to employee engagement by identifying and understanding the users? challenges around using certain technology tools and creating appropriate content that will resonate with employees

- Maintain the departments social platforms and intranet pages and make sure that we are continuously developing new and exciting content to keep online channels interesting for employees

- Work on visual identity like guidelines, banners, info-graphics, templates and such and ensure that the IT communicators around the world are applying them

- Support the team by handling incoming request in case of communications and campaigns

- Leverage and drive the production of internal videos or animations from concept through final delivery, including filming setup, editing and posting

qualification

- At least 2 years of solid experience in a similar position with focus on social engagement

- Experience with communication platform and new digital tools

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint

- A good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

- Video editing skills would be a plus

- Fluent in English, French would be a plus

- Stress resilient, driven by results, proactive and team-player

- Creative and out of the box thinker

- Dynamic and agile, you adapt quickly to new situations and challenges
