job description

Join Mission Winnow!

It's Philip Morris' mission to transform to a smoke-free future. It's done by winnowing: constantly looking for better and discarding old and outdated thoughts.

The purpose of the Mission Winnow website is to showcase this transformation and the improvement through stories and partnerships. The motorsports partnerships are vital because they're the way to reach the audiences, and to engage them in this journey.

For this project we are looking for a:

Producer / Director (100%)

Long term temporary assignment with start date as soon as possible

As part of the new 2019 motorsport season the Mission Winnow website is being revamped. It must showcase more of the transformation through winnowing, and the people delivering it. Also show our multiple partnerships and how they winnow to excellence, and to do more to encourage others to tell us how they winnow.

The opportunity:

- You will produce all our video content for Mission Winnow

- Working with the writers, you will help decide which interviews we film, and how we bring their stories to life with compelling visuals

- You will storyboard in advance where possible, direct the camera crew to gather the footage you need, and use the latest narrative techniques to make content people want to watch on mobile

- You will also be involved in the set-up of the shoot, and will be able to create a production line of videos that tell inspirational stories of the people at PMI winnowing to deliver a better future

qualification

- At least 5 years of experience in short-form video production

- Experience of short form video content, ear for a soundbite and an uncanny ability to illustrate words with pictures

- Excellent English level

- Ability to think creatively to tell a story using audio/visual tools

- Camera or editing skills are a strong plus

- Ability to work in a small team

Please note that a valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/AELE citizenship is required for this position.

We look forward to your application!
