job description

You will provide guidance, support and expertise to local markets as owner of the digital journey of B2B customers, delivering upon eCommerce channel objectives and nourishing global campaign definition & performance marketing strategies.

In relation with the eCommerce Performance Team:


  • Support markets in defining their eCommerce priorities: Identify the mid-term key success factors to translate B2B strategy into operational priorities that will be executed by the eCommerce Operations teams, both at HQ and market level.
  • Provide guidance to markets in reaching their quantitative (visits, orders, sales, conversion) and qualitative (customer satisfaction, complaints ratio) targets.
  • Contribute to the definition of global campaigns and support markets with local campaign execution to increase qualified visits in eBoutiques.
  • Help to identify improvements in operational efficiency and implement best practices in eCommerce operations.

Insure incidents, complaints, bugs, compliancy issues managed centrally are prioritized according to global performance & markets business priorities.

Professional experience:

• At least 3 years experiences in eCommerce. 

•  Strong experience in Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic on websites (SEO, SEM, Affiliation, Display…).

• Strong experience in ecommerce RUN (user experience, campaign management, eMerchandising,  A/B testing/C.R.O & personalization) 

• Experience in managing digital operations (organization, processes, guidelines) a strong plus.

• Stakeholder Management in a matrix organisation
