For our client, Philip Morris SA in Lausanne we're currently looking for a:

E-Commerce Analyst (100%)

Long term - Temporary assignment

The focus on metrics will be on E-commerce revenues, increasing traffic, online sales conversion rates and AOV, monitoring consumers' trends, while working cross functionally to find the best means to deliver the results.

You will support the PMSA digital & E-commerce strategy, by monitoring the performance of e-commerce initiatives and overall online channel, working closely with multiple internal departments to maintain the e-Commerce platform and ensure we deliver a leading online consumer experience and drive revenue growth.

Your Tasks:

- Create and maintain dashboards to help visualize the data and metrics (on sales, product performance, promo, and ad hoc initiatives) and gauge effectiveness and efficiency of overall marketing & E-commerce activities

- Support the business reporting needs by providing requested analysis

- Analyze consumers' behaviors and purchasing patterns to identify segments and commercial opportunities for each of them. Develop category and segment-specific KPIs and forecasts

- Perform regular analysis on the website to identify funnel optimizations and A/B test opportunities

- Analyze online market and competitive trends to provide insights that will help drive e-commerce sales

- Own the day-to-day activities of the E-commerce platform (managing site merchandising and online product catalogue, ensuring smooth order management process, monitoring inventory level, managing change requests, voucher creation)

- Implement initiatives to maximize online sales performance and retention

qualification

- Working experience within an e-Commerce environment, with extensive knowledge of best practices and strategies

- Project management experience

- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel

- Fluent in English and a second language is a strong plus (French or German)

- Experience using Tableau is a plus

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to work efficiently and accurately toward multiple deadlines

- Self-starter and proactive; creative thinker and problem solver

- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
