  • Ensure successful implementation of regional strategies and sharing best practices in order to execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, emailing, and social media.
  • Develop requirements for technology product owners, data stewardship, and user experience to support digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead and establish digital marketing foundation to grow capability across the community.
  • Partner with local markets to influence development of designated consumer facing digital activities and material. Work with local teams to monitor and evaluate the performance, and recommend eventual changes.
  • Support the development of digital product experiences and conversion with a focus on AB testing capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the brand strategy to drive business growth via full funnel sales.
  • Identifying the latest trends and digital marketing technologies that are advancing capabilities and how to integrate with market capabilities.
  • Developing the set of regional digital marketing metrics and evaluate their costs driving ROI through all digital channels (including the paid media and e-commerce) across the key markets.
  • Creating a regional roadmap for how to acquire, store, analyze and leverage customer data for the marketing to better connect with customers and improve their acquisition costs over time.

What you bring to the table...

  • Degree in digital marketing, branding or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth and performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies, data analytics, and campaign management tools.
  • Strong customer oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
