On behalf of our Client, an historical and first-class Bank all over Switzerland, we are currently looking for a

IT Service/Help Desk

in order to strengthen its structure in Tessin.

Her/His main tasks and responsibilities will be linked (but not limited) to:

  • Monitor the Service Desk portal for tickets assigned, prioritize, and respond quickly and effectively to requests received
  • Troubleshoot problems and support requests received through relevant ticketing system, phone calls and emails
  • Provide resolution support via phone, email, & remote access
  • Collaborate with other technology teams to resolve and maintain escalations and system operability


  • Academic path in IT/Engineering or similar
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably inside the banking/financial sector
  • Great combination between technical and soft skills, especially communication ones
  • Resiliency and curiosity are required to identify threats before they become a reality
  • Investigates and utilizes new technologies
  • At least B2 level of English knowledge
  • Flexibility (Shift working)
  • CH-Resident or already in possess of valid CH-Work Permit
