job description

For our client, a large retail company, we are looking for an experienced person as IT HR inhouse consultant with immediate effect until the end of October.Key data: 

  • 100% remote possibility in Switzerland
  • Limited until the end of October 2021

What you bring with you:

  • English B2, German is a plus
  • Education or training in IT (EFZ, CAS, HF / FH, etc.)
  • Experienced in using Office 365, especially Excel
  • Experience in HR digitisation processes and automation
  • Knowledge in the area of programming macros or similar.
  • You are familiar with automation processes
  • You are solution-oriented and keep your eye on the target
  • Team spirit, quick adaptability and the courage to communicate and present your own decisions are your strengths

What you will do:

  • HR process automations to improve processes while maintaining high standards.
  • As an interface, you will act as SPOC for technical development topics as well as the topic of Robotic Process Automation
  • Requirements engineering, stakeholder management, concept development and implementation of new solutions for HR administration
  • Liaison between business and IT
  • Partial support with administrative work
