Main Responsibilities:

The Production Planning System Analyst will implement business requirements in the SAP ERP system and support during the transition from Majesty (including Master Data updates).

  • Responsible for customizing the SAP Systems in the Production Planning area in coordination with the technical team
  • Introduction of new business processes
  • Enhance and develop existing business processes
  • Advise and support (second level) of the business departments
  • Project management from conception until successful implementation (including documentation) and optimization 
  • Close cooperation with business departments, development department and, if needed, with external consultants
  • Adherence of the processes for Incident, Change and Project Management


Who we are looking for:

  • University/Bachelor?s Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science or related fields
  • 1+ years work experience in a related field
  • SAP experience across SAP modules in the make area
  • Experience with other ERP systems is a plus
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to address and solve complex topics
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and determined way, managing priorities and providing reliable results

This role based in Solothurn, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 12 months, with an option for extension.
