job description

Hello! My client is looking for someone to join their team in Glattbrugg. Specifically a requirements engineer.

This is not for the faint hearted. You will be joining a company which is about 30 people in size, and ready and willing to take on the big boys of Switzerland, challenging the country's biggest logistics providers, and winning! Due to changes in legislation, my client is now at the forefront of the push for digitalisation of the medical industry. Already heavily established in Switzerland, they now have growing international interest also. It's a good time to join! The role:

  • Overall responsibility for the product requirements for internal development
  • Furthermore, working directly with partners and clients to understand what customisation and integration they require
  • Transform business requirements into tech requirements
  • Find suitable solutions for new services and technologies
  • Represent the customer during the implementation phase
Your skills:
  • Degree in Computer Science or other relevant subject
  • Several years of professional experience as Software Requirements Engineer
  • Good knowledge of linguistic and model-based requirements definition (eg use cases, User Stories, UML)
  • Experience in analysing, defining, and managing requirements with external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the project management of Software Development
  • Fluency in German, English language knowledge is a strong advantage
What is in it for you?
  • If you like seeing the underdog win then this is the perfect role
  • You'll be surfing the crest of the wave in the industry at the moment. No one has products which are better suited to imminent changes in the Healthcare sector
  • Open and team-oriented corporate culture
  • Central working location, easily accessible by public transport

So go on! Go ahead and apply!  Matt
