Are you an SAP HCM/SuccessFactor expert with very good project management skills? Do you want to work on S4 projects?

For one of our clients based in Lausanne, a leading IT Services company, we are looking for a SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant (permanent contract).

 

Your missions :

  • SAP implementation and migration projects (S4/HANA)
  • Project Management
  • Coordination with customer and all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Lead weekly meetings 

 

Your expertise:

  • 5-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementation, in S4 migration context and S4HANA migration projects, any industry
  • Expertise on following HR modules:  Payroll, Employee Central, PA, OM or Time Management
  • Able to take the lead of the project(s)
  • Pragmatic and good communicator, able to adapt to different interlocutors

 

Languages :

  • English: fluent C1 (mandatory)
  • Other languages : a plus
