Do you have proven experience as support specialist or service desk agent in a complexe environnement?Are you customer-oriented and always positive in resolving difficult situations?This opportunity is maybe the next step of your career! 

For one of our clients based near la Tour-de-Peilz, we are actively looking for a Support Specialist with French, German and English skills.You mission :In this role, you will help users, customers and suppliers from several divisions in the area of communications systems in Romandie and collaborate closely with your Swiss-German colleagues in Zürich.

  • Handle L1 and L2 Support
  • Manage requests through a ticketing system
  • Escalate demands if needed
  • Update documentations and platforms
  • Prepare reports and statistics
  • Continuous improvement of process
Your profile :
  • Completed diploma in the field of computer science or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role including L2 Support
  • Very good communications skills
  • Able to speak fluently French and good English (B2)
  • Very good German : able to read documentation and have conversation (B2)
  • Positive and customer oriented
