job description

Are you looking for a new challenge that combines your technical acumen to your customer-relations skills?Do you already have experience in cloud infrastructure, program management, strategy development and customer service? Then this is the perfect position for you! 

What can you expect?

  • You will be leading and guiding customers through the successful adoption of the Cloud
  • You will manage the successful delivery of other Cloud services to our clients
  • you will regularly engage with different stakeholders, teams and enterprises. You will be able to use your relationship management skills and technical acumen to effectively communicate with all parties
 

You will be responsible for..

  • Implementing and accelerating customers' adoption of Cloud infrastructures
  • Providing technical guidance, managing timelines, targets and business transformation strategies
  • Advocating for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockades 
  • Leading customers across multiple work streams and teams to maintain momentum
  • Planning for customer events and launches, partnering with other teams to ensure customer success
  • Based on learnings from customer engagements, develop best practices and assets

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience on technical projects
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in one of the following: cloud operations, technical support, escalation management or comparable IT consulting
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, problem solving and management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of customer-facing work experience with an MBA or Masters degree in a management, technical or engineering field
  • Demonstrated experience in application/workload migration to public cloud providers 
  • Strong experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators and third party developers to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Foundational knowledge in one of the following: IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native
  • Application development, hosted services, storage systems and content delivery networks
  • Experience collaborating across business units internally and at large enterprises
