For our client,an innovative company in the medical devices field, we are looking for a: 

Compliance specialist

 

Location: Geneva

Contract: Temporary (6 months)

 

Your main responsibilities:

You will ensure that the operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. In this role you will be working very closely with the Legal & Compliance Director, as well as acting as a crucial point of contact across the entire organization. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:  

  • monitoring and documenting compliance activities

  • advising leadership and management on compliance matters

  • liaising with government agencies. 

The role encompasses various projects to be managed either individually or together with the legal team. You will work in tight collaboration with the Marketing, Events, and Education team.

Your Profile:

Prior experience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry is mandatory.  While no interactions are done directly with HCPs, the candidate understands the practices and matters related to HCP management.  

The candidate will be up to speed with latest industry rules and regulations and will be able to tackle various complex compliance topics, ensuring company ethics, Business Conduct Standards (BSC) and legal requirements are respected.  

We expect our Compliance Specialist to be highly detail oriented, to have exceptional organizational skills, to be solution-oriented and to be able to multitask.  Full professional proficiency in MS Office.  

Fluent written and spoken English and French are required
