The Bern site, with its approx. 600 people of over 25 nationalities, acts as a center of expertise for development and manufacturing of innovative cell based viral- and bacterial vaccines and bacterial based therapeutic products.Main Responsibilities:Supporting Quality Training activitiesEnsure training is correctly recorded, documented and archived to ensure compliance (including paper-based archive of training forms)Administer and support eLMS (electronic Learning Mgmt System) for training needsOrganize and schedule basic introductory staff GMP training at Janssen Vaccines Bern, SwitzerlandProvide ad-hoc and regular reports of staff training history to Authorities and internal stakeholdersRecord training forms into the eLMS systemSupport the administration of the Training Mailbox and support site users with basic issues qualification Who we are looking for:Commercial education or University degreeAdministrative work experience with complex systemsVery good communication in German and EnglishExperience in a Training environment is a major plusWork independentlyFlexibility, accuracy and reliabilityExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in different cultural & business environmentsAbility to prioritizeThis job based in Bern, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 12 months.
