The post holder will focus on driving innovation, lead or collaborate on key scientific and technical initiatives and partnerships, and will be a key contributor to global launches of novel clinical in vitro diagnostic applications.Your main responsibilities: Support the Allergy, Autoimmune and infectious disease product development program in collaboration with project staff by offering expertise in assay development, troubleshooting,verification and submissionLead scientific and technology initiatives that enable overall development program successIdentify, assess and advise on internal and external opportunities for clinically meaningful innovationIdentify opportunities to strengthen Intellectual Property position and file patent applicationsAuthor or co-author scientific peer reviewed journal publicationsScientifically coach and mentor technicians and scientistsChair technical and scientific reviews and lead discussions with external stakeholders and collaboratorsBuild and maintain awareness of scientific and technical literature, as well as best practices for assay development as related to Allergy and Autoimmune diagnosticsIdentify, implement, lead or support external partnerships with industry or clinical institutionsContribute to the studies and technical documentation required for Design History File and EU and US Regulatory submissions Your profile:PhD or Master’s degree in Medicine, Chemistry or BiologySignificant experience in a relevant scientific field with a track history of achievements, including academic or industry research, development, patents and publicationsFluent in English,fluency in French would be a strong advantageRobust statistical analysis background.
