 For our a tabacco company in Neuchâtel, we are seeking a:

Project Analyst

Location: Neuchâtel

Contract: 6 months with possibility of extension

The successful candidate will join the Scientific & Medical Affairs R&D team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for various project management activities. In addition, you will be expected to provide administrative support to the team.


  • Implement appropriate project management processes (e.g. planning, change management, risk management) to allow the projects to be successfully completed within agreed timeframe & budget and in compliance with PMI policies.
  • Support project team members on project management good practices, methods, tools & requirements.
  • Contribute in creation and execution of program and project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Contribute in the development of best practices/tools/systems for project management within the team.
  • Monitor requests/projects status and progress.
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, reviewed, approved and archived appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support, organize meetings and workshops, prepare agendas, draft the minutes, and request purchase order creation.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences.
  • 2-3 years practical experience in project management in a multinational organization would be an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, knowledge of additional languages would be an asset.
