job description

For our client, an international company in Selzach (Solothurn)  we are looking for Quality Specialist Level III. 

  • Start date: ASAP
  • End: 31.12.2022
  • Extension: possible
  • Workplace: Selzach
  • Workload: 100%
 

The resource will be dedicated to the improvement of GxP documentation within Quality event managements (QEM =NC & CAPA) and Change control (CC) processes. 

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  1. Provide support within the review of quality records in Trackwise (TW) for the above-mentioned processes to the records owner;
  2. Support the local QEM- and CC- Process owners in the management and further improvement of their processes;
  3. Support the local management in improving the overall GxP-awareness of local TW users;
  4. Assist in the Efficacy check of the CAPAs for audit action plans.

Requirements:

  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent;
  • Experienced in Quality Management with focus on Good documentation practice, QEM and CC of 3-5 years;
  • Experience in Medical Devices;
  • Proficient in English, German is required to understand and communicate orally at least.
  • Experienced in TW or a comparable tool for QEM/CC-management
 

The position is on site with flexibility  (3 days on site / 2 days HO).
